Hit VFX

A reference to a shield prefab used exclusively for hit effects. In this prefab, the shield material has UseSphereMask enabled and uses distinct colors to highlight impact points.

  • Breathing, instability, and Sphere Mask properties are automatically synchronized by the animation system (ShieldController + CopyMaterialProperties).

  • A simple particle system is included, controlling both lifetime and color over time to complement the shield hit burst.
